Epic Seven is rapidly becoming one of the best Gacha games

 

Hero collecting gacha games are very popular than ever, thanks to the likes of Granblue Fantasy, Summoner Wars, and Seven Knights. Those three were able to build a massive fanbase, thus making it hard for other similar games to make an impact. Luckily, there are those that overcome such obstacle, thanks to the loyal fans of the IP (Intellectual Property) the games are based to. I'm referring to the Japanese mobile games: Dragon Ball Legends, Fate/Grand Order, and Fire Emblem Heroes. The first two have huge fans from the anime they are known at, while FEH is a legendary Family Computer game from the '90s. So what about the games with new IP? Well, it's a hit or miss situation for them, and for the Smilegate Megaport / Super Creative game Epic Seven, based on its ranking from different parts of the world -- it is a 100% hit!

As of this writing, E7 is ranked #18 in South Korea, #37 in the United States, #32 in Australia, #23 in Canada, #8 in Singapore, and #30 in my country, The Philippines. And it's speculated that it will rank higher when it releases its first collaboration with the Japanese game Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 next week.

Unfortunately, the game is not yet available in China, one of the most targeted territories when it comes to games, as the number of gamers there is truly massive, just like in South Korea and Japan. Speaking of the Land of the Rising Sun, the game will be available there soon, as it was recently announced that it's going to be published by Yostar Games (Azur Lane, Nono From Another World, Arknights).

Current features of the game are Arena System, Guild Wars, Dungeon Raids, Character Side Stories, and many more. Future planned updates are one-on-one PvP (where you can choose any player you know to have a match with), Pet system (to help you open the treasure boxes automatically), and auto-repeat feature (to lessen the effort of the players on clicking the same button again and again).
